“Go as far as your longing will take you.
Beyond that edge, something waits.”

— Rainer Maria Rilke

    • My guiding might look like a day in an outdoor space with an individual or group going through various customized practices to meet their goals. Sometimes it looks like an hour of dream exploration or a mutli-hour grief ritual. And sometimes it’s simply sitting with what no longer fits you and collaborating on what’s next. I offer structure, grounded presence, and hands-on practices that help people reconnect with their wholeness, track their developmental arc, and move through uncertain seasons with curiosity and trust in something bigger. Each session is shaped in real time and grounded in nature-based human development models, experiential learning, and honest conversation. I don’t offer diagnoses or formulas- rather I aim to offer reflection, tools, and a sense of developmental play that meets you right where you are.

    • Through Resilient Belonging, I work with people and organizations who are ready to face themselves, to feel what’s been avoided, to listen to what’s calling, and to step into a more meaningful and healthy story.

Services Offered

All guiding sessions are available in person (Seattle area or by arrangement) or virtually via Zoom (60–90 minutes). Clients are welcome to arrive with a clear goal, or with only the intuition that something in their life is ready to shift.

You can choose from the following areas, or let the process emerge naturally:

Dreamwork

We explore the messages of your dreams—not to interpret them, but to listen to what they’re asking of you. Dream images often point toward healing, new chapters, or hidden strengths ready to surface.

Soulcraft Practices

Drawing from the work of Bill Plotkin, Soulcraft includes nature-based and imaginal practices that help people access Soul, what Plotkin describes as “your ecological niche in the world” or where you most find belonging. These sessions may involve ceremony, ritual, guided imagery, solitary time in wild spaces, night-time explorations, and other symbolic work that supports awakening to your particular place in the web of life.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Simple, accessible practices for returning to presence and regulation. Sessions may include breathwork, somatic tracking, and inquiry-based practices to slow the mind and support calm, clarity, and enhanced awareness.

Wild Mind Mapping

This approach helps you cultivate wholeness by awakening the four facets of your innate human psyche: the Nurturing Generative Adult, the Wild Indigenous One, the Muse or Beloved, and the Innocent Sage. This is not therapy, but a powerful framework for self-healing, reclaiming lost capacities, and integrating the full spectrum of who you are. Based on Plotkin’s Wild Mind, it’s ideal for people looking to develop resilience through wholeness rather than just coping strategies.

Grief Tending and Support

Group or individual support for the processing and emoting of grief.  There are few things more powerful than identifying and expressing grief. Trust me on this- we all have a great deal of it, whether you’re aware or not.  From simply speaking about it, to self-led ceremony or an in-depth two-day grief retreat, I’m dedicated to guiding and witnessing men and women as they access their grief.

Tracking and Life Arc Mentoring

We map where you are on your unique path of human development, including initiatory thresholds, places of challenge, and areas ripe for attention. This work supports people in becoming who they were meant to be—not who others told them to be.

Military and First Responders

With 26 years of uniformed service, I have a deep understanding of the unique wounds and reintegration challenges our service members and first responders face.  Whether you are currently serving or already out, let’s unpack the weight you’re carrying and find a new purpose to your sense of service and tribe.

  • They’ve outgrown old identities or roles and sense that something larger is asking to emerge. They don’t need a new routine—they need a deeper story. This work also serves creatives, veterans, change-makers, and those in emotional transition. Anyone who feels called toward a more honest, resilient, and soul-aligned way of living is welcome here.

Is this work for you?

  • Whether we’re on a trail or on a screen, the work stays real.

Where Do We Meet?

How to Begin

We start with a free 30-minute discovery call. You bring your questions or uncertainties, and I bring presence, curiosity, and a few thoughtful prompts to explore where we might begin. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll create a cadence and structure that matches your needs.
