Resiliency

noun

The act of springing back, rebounding, or resiling.

    • Look Out! Hardship and stress are headed our way- there’s no way around it.  So let’s learn to better prepare for it now so we can reduce burnout, depression, and injury while also developing the skills to go into the amazing spaces or places we fear we can’t reach: healthy relationships, rugged wilderness, our full range of emotions (‘angers and griefs and ecstasies, oh my!’).

    • We’ll catalogue your current state of resiliency, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and then create a custom roadmap towards your goal. From one-time-only sessions to events that span weekend or months of tracking and ongoing support, your needs can be met and your comfort zones expanded — Let’s get creating together!

Where Do We Meet?

Based in North Bend, WA and the Snoqualmie River Valley - I travel throughout the United States and Canada so in person meetings are possible, but Zoom is my primary method to ensure we can still expand comfort zones for all involved.

Resilience

The process and outcome of successfully adapting to difficult or challenging life experiences, especially through mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility and adjustment to external and internal demands.

How to Begin

We start with a no-cost 30-minute discovery call. You bring your questions or uncertainties, and I bring presence, curiosity, and a few thoughtful prompts to explore where we might begin. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll create a rhythm and structure that matches your needs.
