At Resilient Belonging, I guide individuals, communities and organizations through experiential practices that strengthen resilience (emotional, physical, mental, social, spiritual), awaken soulful purpose and rekindle a sense of belonging - to self, others and the more-than-human world.
Through hands-on practices, speaking and nature-based education, I help people remember belonging, especially in times of challenge, change or deep inner questioning.

I’m Rob
Guide, educator, and speaker devoted to helping people rediscover their wholeness and innate belonging in a fragmented world. My work is shaped by decades of global adventure, military leadership, and a deep study of human development and soul work.
I’ve faced risk, loss, and dark nights of the soul in order to return with my purpose: to shepherd others through their own initiatory paths - regardless of how difficult your inner and outer terrain may be.
